"Things to be noted down while facing direct interview "

• If the chief asks you “need anything to drink?” just try to avoid it decently because it’s also the activity to know the character of you.
• Don’t sit in front of them, if they didn’t suggest you sit. Till they respond you need to stand straight.
• Make the direct eye contact with chief , it shows your confident level, if more people interview you make partial eye contact with all its show you making all person to listen to you but at last while finishing the answer you need make the eye contact with person who asked the question.
• Kindly judge the chief age, it will result in positive for you. If the person is old be careful while answering them, because they have single view only through experiences. Don’t argue with them, be patient understand the situation and answer, be kind to them.
• Follow the proper dress code, if it possible follow the company dress code, if will help you in many ways, shirt must be full hand.
• Identify the character of the chief as he is silent type or free talker, in this type, you must be as he is.
• Movement of your hand :
if you show your palm while answering, it shows that you are true to your work
If you palm face downwards, it shows them, you not co-operate with other people, you work on you self, don’t be that every chief want the employ must be in co-operate with other. And while shaking the hands you palm must cross upwards.
Don’t keep the hand in your pocket, it shows them you hiding something.
Don’t specific any points or percentage, it show them you are not patient.
Don’t keep your hands crossed, it shows them you feel to be in safe place or in safe side, don’t be like it.
